This is cut from the neck, shoulder, rib and loin so understand that it contains bones and is much fattier than the lean boneless diced lamb. As this is cut on the bone there could be some small/sharp parts of bone so please take care when preparing. Trimmed and diced on the bone in roughly 2" cubes. Great for stews and curries, on its own or mixed with our boneless diced lamb for more meat and less bone! Average weight: 500g
