How do I order? 

Submit all orders by 5pm on Thursday for delivery the following Thursday. Late orders may result in some items being unavailable, or the order being delayed until the following week.


Courier delivery to your door:

  • Standard Thursday Delivery - arrives by 4pm. 1 box (up to 10kg) -- £9.60
  • Express Thursday Delivery - arrives by 12pm. 1 box (up to 10kg) -- £14.60

Each additional box -- £5.50

Scottish Highlands & Islands may be a different rate


Collection direct from our farm

Orders for collection should also be placed by 5pm on Thursday. Collections are then possible the following week, in the afternoon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Be sure you check the route before coming here and the opening hours - our contact us page shows where to find us and timing.
Friday 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturday 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Sunday 1:30pm - 3:00pm
Collection of orders is of course completely free (thermal packaging is available for £5) and you get a chance for a short walk around the farm and have a chat with us.


Returns Policy

We can only refund for physically damaged or lost goods.


If the products arrive damaged please DO NOT check the 'in good condition' box, but make sure to mark it as damaged when you sign for the parcel and then contact us directly. If the box arrives late, please make a note when you sign for it, and contact us directly. 


If for any reason you believe the items have gone off, please freeze the items. Understand that fresh lamb and beef can often have a strong smell when compared to the packaged supermarket food. All the produce from our farm is carefully monitored to ensure its perfect condition at the point of sale and the thermal packaging used for courier delivery ensures safety for up to 48 hours as there can sometimes be dealys in transit and delivery the following morning. However if you are unsure of any items please freeze the items and contact us directly.


Returns can be scheduled via courier at the customers expense, or they can be brought directly to the farm. Please retain all packaging and freeze the icepacks, repack items as they were sent. If you dispose of the items, unfortunately we cannot refund them.


Occasionally there are delayed deliveries which has caused concern, but the produce has proven fine even after a full 48 hours in transit. So even in the very rare occurrence of a delayed delivery it is extremely unlikely that your order will not arrive safely.
